At The Diesel Center, we will do our very best to make things right. We stand behind the quality of our products by offering a 12-month warranty that covers unlimited mileage. "Most" Engines, Transmissions and Differentals come with a standard  2 year unlimited mile warranty. These warranties are designed to provide our customers with confidence in their purchases. We strongly recommend that all components be installed by a certified technician to ensure optimal performance.

 

Limited Warranty Policy

 

Our limited warranty applies to electronic injectors, turbochargers, electronic actuators, and fuel pumps for a duration of 12 months, starting from the date of shipment. Please note that this warranty does not cover the following:

• Repairs, parts, and labor costs

• Abuse, improper installation, or operator negligence

• Overloading, misuse, or insufficient lubrication

• Contamination or poor maintenance

• Accidents or unauthorized repairs

• Troubleshooting or diagnostic time

• Mechanics' mileage, towing, or downtime

• Loss of profit, cargo damage, or any other indirect items

 

Please be aware that the warranty for our new products is subject to the terms provided by the manufacturer or supplier and is granted exclusively to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase and identification may be required prior to the approval of a warranty claim.

 

What Our Warranty Covers

Our warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of shipment. The returned unit must be the same as the one delivered, with no signs of tampering, modification, abuse, non-original parts, or performance-related damage. No contaminants of any kind should be present, and issues arising from improper application, installation, or operation are not covered.

Claiming Warranty

 

To submit a warranty claim, please contact our office to obtain a Warranty Request Number and a prepaid shipping label. Ensure that the returned unit is packaged appropriately, with sufficient cushioning material, and that the return label is clearly visible on the outside of the box. Diesel Parts Broker assumes no liability for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from a breach of warranty.
