Vendor Discretion

All returns and refunds are governed by the individual policies of our vendors. Diesel Parts Broker acts as an intermediary and will facilitate communication between the customer and the vendor to the best of our ability.
Order Cancellation

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled for any reason. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before finalizing the purchase. If an order has not been shipped It may be able to be canceled. Any custom orders such as engines or custom engine builds cannot be canceled.
Return Process

Initiation: Upon receiving the product, if you wish to initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery.

Authorization: Our team will coordinate with the respective vendor to determine the eligibility of the return. If approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed.

Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, uninstalled, and in the original packaging. Items that have been modified, installed, or show signs of use are not eligible for return.
Restocking Fees and Return Shipping

Restocking Fee: Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%, depending on the vendor's policy. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or that of our vendor.
Vendor Errors and Defective Products

If you receive a defective product or an item that differs from what was ordered, please notify us immediately. In such cases, Diesel Parts Broker or our vendor will cover the costs associated with returning the item and provide a replacement or full refund, as appropriate.
Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected by the vendor, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a specified timeframe, typically within 7-10 business days.
